Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with strong communication, articulation, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing customer opportunities, driving sales conversations, working with channel partners, and contributing to monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, target-oriented, and eager to learn about new IT products, solutions, and technologies.

• Drive IT sales and revenue through customer engagement and the channel partner ecosystem.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and generate current business opportunities.
• Initiate and manage customer conversations to understand requirements and identify relevant IT solutions.
• Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Work closely with channel partners to identify and develop potential customer opportunities.
• Enable and support partners in positioning and pitching relevant IT products and solutions to their customers.
• Encourage partners and internal teams to execute relevant go-to-market initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
