About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager, based in Bhubaneswar,



to build and grow our business across Odisha. This is a ground-level, ownership-heavy role for someone who enjoys opening new markets, creating their own pipeline and delivering results with minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities• Own business growth across Odisha from your Bhubaneswar base, with focus on Cuttack, Puri, Berhampur, Sambalpur and Rourkela.
• Identify, appoint and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers and channel partners.
• Use your existing local network to open doors quickly and build long-term relationships with trade partners.
• Develop and execute a market-wise business plan with explicit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out, product placement and retail visibility across the territory.
• Travel regularly across the territory for partner meetings, market visits and relationship building.
