About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Credit Analyst to join our India team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently evaluate complex lending scenarios, identify credit risks, structure transactions and prepare qualified credit submissions for Australian private lenders.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess first and second mortgage lending applications, bridging loans and property-backed commercial facilities.
• Analyse borrower financial statements, cash flows, asset and liability positions, credit history and repayment capacity.
• Review property valuations, security positions, existing mortgages and loan-to-value ratios (LVR).
• Prepare detailed credit assessment reports, scenario submissions and lender recommendations.
• Structure lending proposals, including loan amounts, capitalised interest, fees, net proceeds and exit strategies.
• Identify credit risks, security deficiencies and documentation gaps.
• Coordinate with brokers, valuers, legal teams and private lenders.
• Support transactions from initial assessment through credit approval and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor credit exposures.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant credit assessment experience.
