We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can manage projects from requirement gathering to final delivery, coordinate developers and designers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure every project is completed within the agreed scope and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Requirement Gathering

Understand client requirements, business objectives, and the complete scope of work before assigning tasks.
Break projects into clear tasks, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Identify missing information, dependencies, and potential project risks at an early stage.




Ensure the team understands the requirements before starting execution.

2. Team Coordination & Task Management

• Assign tasks to Shopify developers, web developers, graphic designers, and SEO specialists based on project requirements.
• Monitor daily progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate dependencies between development, design, and SEO teams.
• Identify delays, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure all tasks are updated regularly.

3. International Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, particularly from the United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
• Communicate professionally in English through email, WhatsApp, Slack, and online meetings.
• Provide regular progress updates and clarify client requirements.
