Role Description This is a full-time, in office Receptionist and Front Office role based in Bengaluru. The role involves greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling front desk inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The Receptionist will maintain visitor logs, schedule appointments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.



Daily tasks include managing mail and courier services, supporting basic clerical work such as filing and data entry, and keeping the reception and waiting areas organized and presentable. The role also requires assisting clients and guests with information about services, directing them to the appropriate team members, and maintaining a positive and welcoming front office experience.
