Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and student admissions. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital campaigns, and brand collaborations, preferably in education, consumer brands, or other large-scale consumer-facing organizations.
The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative campaign execution, strong negotiation skills, relationship management, and data-driven performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the university's brand positioning, marketing objectives, and student recruitment goals.




• Identify relevant influencer categories, including education creators, student influencers, lifestyle creators, celebrities, regional influencers, and industry experts.
• Build influencer-led campaigns to strengthen brand visibility, credibility, audience engagement, and institutional reputation.
• Plan influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.

2. Influencer Identification & Relationship Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, relevance, and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong network of influencers, content creators, celebrities, digital personalities, and talent management agencies.
• Establish long-term strategic partnerships with high-performing influencers and creator communities.
