Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Tirur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement,



and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, developing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and managing payroll coordination and advantages administration in collaboration with relevant teams. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations issues, support training and development initiatives, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Icher’s values. The position also requires regular reporting on HR metrics and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes to support organizational growth.
