Role Description<

The Founder’s Office Intern role is an internship position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the founder in day-to-day operational tasks such as coordinating projects, preparing briefs, tracking timelines, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, assisting with client communication,



and helping organize photoshoots, cinematography schedules, and ad production activities. The intern will contribute to basic content planning, presentation creation, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers exposure to strategy, decision-making, and end-to-end execution in a growing digital content business.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic familiarity with digital content creation processes (e.g., photoshoots, video production, advertising) is preferred.
• Ability to conduct structured research and present findings clearly in written and slide formats.
