About the role
Cuemath is a global math learning platform on a mission to make every child MathFit. Thousands of certified coaches teach children across the US, India, the Middle East, APAC and the UK, and the community is growing fast.

• Class delivery compliance: the consequence framework for non-compliance, recovery programmes for coaches who slip, and repeat-offender handling across the community.
• Coach quality on the ground: translating the quality measurement system into coach action, so every coach performs to standard in every class.
• Engagement and communication: town halls with thousands of coaches, WhatsApp and email communication, recognition programmes and coach NPS.

• The team: directors and managers across community operations, plu
