About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead performance marketing strategy and execution for global clients across multiple markets.
The role will be responsible for translating business objectives into data-driven performance marketing strategies, driving campaign effectiveness and ROI, and providing strategic leadership across clients, teams and media platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise across digital performance channels, a commercial mindset, strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across global markets and time zones.

Performance Marketing Strategy
• Lead the development of integrated performance marketing strategies aligned with client business and marketing objectives.
• Define channel strategies, audience approaches, investment frameworks and KPIs across multiple markets.




• Develop full-funnel performance strategies covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scalability and business outcomes through data and technology.
• Drive test-and-learn frameworks, experimentation and innovation across performance marketing programs.
• Develop forecasting, budget allocation and investment recommendations based on business objectives and historical performance.

Campaign & Media Management
• Oversee performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Amazon and other relevant digital platforms.
• Ensure effective campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation, optimisation and measurement.
• Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, LTV and other business-specific KPIs.
