About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. You will identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM/records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
• Prepare basic reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions,



and business activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client handling.
• Interest in EdTech, AI, or technology.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, or sales processes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
