ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive to sell products/services over the phone, convert leads into customers, and consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads to pitch and sell products/services
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and close deals over the phone
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services/plans
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects at various stages of the sales funnel to drive conversions
• Coordinate with marketing/operations teams for lead handoffs, order processing, and after-sales support




• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates with the reporting manager
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor offerings
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Any Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); undergraduates with strong relevant experience may also be considered
• 3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar phone-based sales role
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in [languages required — e.g. English, Tamil, Hindi]
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven workplace
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry)
