Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Implementation Consultant with solid expertise in deploying and configuring enterprise-grade security and compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Defender for Server, Defender for Endpoint, Windows 365, with additional experience in Microsoft Purview Compliance, and Microsoft Entra capabilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Security Copilot, and Copilot Agents is an added advantage. This role demands in-depth product understanding, high-quality implementation skills, and strong collaboration with project teams. The consultant will represent company values, contribute to business growth, and maintain a continuous learning and growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Implementation & Configuration
• Deploy and configure Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, security baselines, and application protection.
• Implement Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Server for advanced threat protection, vulnerability management,



and automated remediation.
• Integrate Windows 365 Cloud PC with Intune and Defender for Endpoint for secure hybrid work scenarios.
• Support Microsoft Sentinel integration for centralized monitoring and incident correlation where required.
• Configure Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery.
• Implement Microsoft Entra capabilities such as Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Protection, and RBAC.

Technical Delivery & Support
• Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and other consultants to deliver projects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, ensuring optimal security posture and compliance.
• Document configurations and deliver knowledge transfer to client teams.
