Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data interpretation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel formulas, data management, and converting complex data into meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Advanced Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Use Pivot Tables, charts, and data visualization techniques to present findings.
• Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs)



and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify discrepancies, analyze data gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve data management efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications• 3–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of Advanced Excel and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights effectively.

Preferred Skills• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Power Query.
