Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Global Account Executive in Enterprise Commercial, you'll lead the relationship with one of the world's largest manufacturing groups, which has a growing strategic footprint in India.

We're looking for a senior, transformation-minded leader based in Hyderabad. You'll be Microsoft's senior presence there: trusted by top executives, close to where decisions are made, and able to carry change made in India out to the rest of the customer's global organization. You'll be part of a global, virtual account team spanning Europe, the Americas and India.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships. Build and maintain trusted relationships with the customer's most senior executives in India and globally, including the CIO, CTO, transformation leaders and line-of-business leaders. Bring in Microsoft senior executives and executive sponsors where they add value.
• Shape the transformation. Help shape the customer's AI and cloud transformation.



Make sure Microsoft is part of platform, data and AI decisions early, before formal tenders start.
• Work closely with Microsoft services teams. Partner with Industry Solutions and delivery teams to make sure customer value is realized, and track the consumption growth that follows.
• Build recent business. Develop and close new pipeline across Azure, Data and AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents, Security and Unified Support. Drive consumption growth, renewals and Copilot / AI adoption.
• Contribute to account planning. Help shape and maintain a living Frontier Account Plan (three-horizon view), and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews. Keep governance with the customer and partners regular and disciplined.
• Coordinate One Microsoft. Bring together technical specialists, solution sellers, Industry Solutions, Customer Success, Unified Support, and local and global partners and system integrators into one coherent
