? Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and field service solutions.

? Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Work with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
• Configure Salesforce Flows, triggers, validation rules, and automation.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams,



and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

? Required Skills
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, triggers, and automation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with deployment tools and version control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of FSL scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, and optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
