Role Overview: Lead and scale the SAP S/4HANA Migration driving large, complex global programs to migrate SAP ECC to S/4HANA on cloud. Own delivery excellence, solution innovation, and client engagement at C‑suite level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Delivery: Lead end‑to‑end execution of global S/4HANA migration programs; ensure delivery of signed SOW commitments.
• Factory Leadership: Define strategy, methodology, and operating model for the S/4HANA Migration Factory; build scalable processes and advisory frameworks.
• Business Development: Drive RFP responses, pursuits, and C‑level presentations; influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Solution Innovation: Develop differentiating tools, accelerators, and cloud deployment solutions in S/4HANA migration.
• Team Leadership: Build high‑performing teams, foster thought leadership, and ensure governance,



compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications:
• 20+ years in SAP architecture with proven leadership in SAP ECC to S/4HANA cloud migrations.
• Should have Led 5+ full lifecycle S/4HANA migration programs on SAP PCE and/or Cloud IaaS (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Expertise in SAP technical architecture, hybrid cloud hosting strategy, and infrastructure design (compute, storage, HA, DR, monitoring).
• 8+ years in SAP solution development and innovation.
• Solid communication skills to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage workloads, and deliver complex transformation programs successfully.
