About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment across our agency—from sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly, hiring timelines are tight,

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to understand candidates’ experience, interests, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Support hiring across creative, content, digital marketing, production, and business functions.
• Manage urgent hiring requirements through proactive sourcing, prompt screening, and efficient interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a ready pool of qualified talent, including immediate and short-notice joiners.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, keep decisions moving, and minimise recruitment delays.
