About the Role
StarZen is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply. Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
• Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a positive and skilled customer experience.

Requirements




• Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or voice-based support can apply.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
