• Reconciliation of Payments rec. in bank vs updating in SK
• Track and update payments of INTL CSR Customers on daily basis and do follow up with Finance head region wise
• Reconciliation of Razor pay payments ( RP Website vs SK vs Bank
• Reconciliation of Counter sale in SK with Bank and sheet provided by station
• Close invoices in SK every fortnight
• Raise CCA/DN in SK against, Demurrage charges, Amendment charges, rate, weight, and other discrepancies after getting approval from station head
• Send PO Mail invoices to Stations every month
• Follow up for PO MAIL discrepancies and resolve as per the requirements
• Follow up with the stations for Re-opened AWBs
• Follow up and reconciliation customer wise of invoicing and remittances
• To attend GST,TDS & Invoicing related queries from customers and provide resolution
• Handling Credit card reconciliation of Pax and cargo
• Education: Bcom/Mba with minimum 1-2 yrs exp
