Job Purpose/ Summary

To provide day-to-day functional and operational support for Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives across plant and business functions, enabling digitalisation of manufacturing processes through IT-OT convergence, MES, IoT, automation, real-time analytics, data integration and Smart Manufacturing solutions.

The role will support business users in identifying digital opportunities, translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements, coordinating with IT, OT, automation,



cybersecurity and technology partners, and ensuring successful implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions.

Job Description
Provide day-to-day functional support for the SAP FICO/CO module to plant and business users.Perform master data creation, maintenance, validation, and updating related to FICO/CO.Support basic-level SAP FICO configuration and Key Data Structure (KDS. requirements.Provide L0 and L1 support to the Plant Costing team and coordinate with technical teams for higher-level issues.Understand recent business requirements and translate them into clear SAP functional requirements.Coordinate closely with Operations, Projects, Costing, Finance, Quality, and IT teams to understand business needs and provide appropriate SAP support.Handle and track SAP CO tickets and ensure resolution within the defined SLA.Support business reporting requirements and assist users in obtai
