Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Lead SRE) with a robust background in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, software development, and DevOps engineering. The ideal candidate will have prior development experience and hands-on expertise in building, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, highly available applications and cloud environments.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently while providing technical leadership across site reliability, automation, infrastructure management, performance engineering, and application observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site reliability engineering initiatives and ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of production applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.




• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, including cluster operations, deployments, scaling, load balancing, and high availability.
• Apply software development experience to troubleshoot application-level issues and improve application reliability.
• Work on WordPress-based websites, including development, deployment, infrastructure configuration, migration, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Sumo Logic, or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
