Role Description The Private Tutor will deliver personalized, in office instruction to students at our Kolkata location in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include planning and conducting 1:1 lessons aligned with school curricula and entrance exam requirements (K12, JEE, NEET,



and other exams), clarifying concepts, and providing structured practice and feedback. The tutor will regularly assess student performance, identify learning gaps, and adapt teaching methods to individual needs and learning styles. The role involves preparing lesson plans, assignments, and mock tests, tracking progress, and communicating with parents/guardians about student development. The tutor will also use digital tools and educational technology where appropriate to enhance learning outcomes and maintain an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant K12 disciplines and competitive exam syllabi (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
• Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience, ideally in 1:1 or small-group settings.
