About the RoleMCIND Vision Abroad is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive student recruitment, improve lead conversion, and achieve business growth targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the study abroad industry, proven sales capabilities, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and student counselling team to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrolments and revenue.
• Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, application conversions, and payment progress.
• Set individual and team targets and regularly review performance.
• Train and guide team members on sales techniques, student engagement, and lead conversion.
• Handle escalated student and parent enquiries and support the team in closing admissions.




• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall sales productivity.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper maintenance of lead and application records.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university intakes, and admission requirements.

Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in the study abroad industry is mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales leadership, team management, or senior counselling is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into applications and enrolments.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
