About Our Client:
Operates in the food and bakery space, with a focus on delivering quality products to its customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage monthly payroll processing, validation, and employee payroll queries.
• Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and related filings.
• Manage attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities.




• Coordinate full and final settlements, payroll reconciliation, and HR MIS.
• Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely completion of HR processes.

What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll for approximately 300 employees.
• Practical knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes.
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/payroll systems.
• Some exposure to recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution skills.
