Role Description The Project Scheduler (Primavera P6)is a full time, on-site role based in Dholera. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are accurately captured and communicated. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to collect task data, track progress, identify variances,



and propose schedule adjustments. The Project Scheduler will prepare regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making and resource planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include using Primavera P6, supporting risk and change management activities, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters.

Qualifications
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills, using Primavera P6 (Primary Skill), with work experience more than 5 years.Experienc• e in Oil and gas Industry.
• Ability to analyze timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation, and to prepare clear schedule reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of engineering or technology project lifecycles, preferably in semiconductor, embedded, or industrial domains.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different
