Microsoft 365 administration:
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
Entra ID (Azure AD)
OneDrive & SharePoint
Teams Calling & Direct Routing
Endpoint Management using Intune (MDM)
Security solutions management:
Mimecast Email Security
CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection
Robust troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience
