About the Role
Are you a passionate therapy or clinical psychology practitioner looking to make a direct, tangible impact in pediatric neurodiversity?

This collaborative internship offers a unique opportunity to facilitate strength-based interventions for children on the Autism spectrum using human-centered solutions developed by A Super Hero (asuperhero.in). You will work in close mentorship and collaboration with Healing Space,



headed by Vaishnavi Dang (vaishnavidang.com).

A Super Hero brings its experience in developing human-centered, inclusive tools and solutions for neurodivergent children and families, while Vaishnavi Dang brings clinical expertise and experience in psychology, therapy, and child-focused intervention.

Together, the collaboration aims to bridge clinical practice with inclusive design and create meaningful, practical approaches to supporting neurodivergent children.
In this role, interns will spend 1 to 2 focused hours each day facilitating creative, child-led therapeutic activities as part of their full workday, alongside time dedicated to case formulation, documentation, learning, and collaborative development.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct Child Engagement: Spend 1–2 dedicated hours daily conducting engaging, play-integrated, and supportive therapy sessions with children on the Autism spectrum.
