Job DescriptionExacta Web Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Explain our digital marketing, website development, SEO, and advertising services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements• Minimum qualification:



Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Previous experience in sales or telecalling preferred.
• Valuable communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
