Role Description The Vice President Delivery is a remote leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery for Socialvert LLC’s content creation and marketing solutions. This position leads the delivery organization, ensuring that programs and projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and company strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing delivery teams, setting and refining delivery methodologies,



monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in processes and client experience. The Vice President Delivery partners closely with sales, marketing, and operations to translate client needs into scalable solutions, resolve escalations, and maintain solid stakeholder relationships. This role also focuses on resource planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across the delivery function.

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-client initiatives and ensure effective execution.
