Role Description The Media Sales Manager is a full-time role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving media sales across digital and branded content offerings, managing client accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting tailored media solutions,



negotiating pricing and packages, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The Media Sales Manager will collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and product teams to design impactful campaigns, track performance, and ensure high client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring industry trends, and representing Indian Startup Times at relevant events and meetings.
Qualifications
• Strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting revenue goals in digital or media environments.
• Experience in Account Management, including client servicing, relationship building, and retention.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
