Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales role based in New Delhi. The Pre-Sales professional will support the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing tailored presentations and proposals, and demonstrating how Alpha Corp’s real estate offerings meet customer needs.



Typical responsibilities include conducting market and project analysis, coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information, and participating in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations. The role involves responding to inquiries, managing pre-sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities and interactions in line with company processes. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales discussions to deal closure.
