Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth to oversee and drive the overall business growth of Vieroots, including online sales, offline sales, wellness centres, product sales, business development, and new revenue opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing teams, expanding market presence, and achieving the company's overall revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the overall business growth, revenue generation, and business performance of Vieroots.




• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue across all business verticals.
• Oversee online sales, e-commerce, digital sales, offline sales, and business development activities.
• Drive the growth of wellness centres, products, services, and other business segments.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead and coordinate with sales, marketing, digital, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor overall sales performance, revenue, profitability, and key business metrics.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, wellness centres, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
