About the Role

College Guru is looking for an Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding suitable courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle company-provided qualified leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Understand students’ academic background, interests, and admission requirements.
* Provide accurate information about suitable courses, colleges, and admission processes.
* Counsel students and parents and assist them throughout the admission process.
* Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
* Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
* Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
* Work towards monthly sales commitments.




* Performance above the monthly commitment will be eligible for additional incentives.

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Inside Sales preferred.
* Good communication and counselling skills.
* Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
* Ability to interact professionally with students and parents.
* Malayalam – Mandatory.
* Basic English communication skills required.
* Hindi/Tamil – Added advantage.
