Experience: 5+ years into field sales/channel sales/B2B (from Building Material Industry)

Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth, strengthen the distribution network, and ensure
strong brand visibility in the assigned territory. The person will work closely with dealers, distributors, and internal
teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining process discipline and profitability.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Achieve assigned sales targets in the allocated territory while ensuring profitability through proper pricing
and discount control.
2. Conduct regular dealer and sub-dealer visits as per the approved Personal Journey Plan (PJP).
3. Perform market mapping to increase counter share, market penetration, and identify current business
opportunities.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and share feedback with the
reporting manager.

Map existing dealer and sub-dealer networks and continuously work to strengthen the distribution network.
6. Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors as per company guidelines.
7. Provide handholding and support to newly appointed dealers for the first six months to ensure smooth
operations.
8. Increase width and depth of distribution by adding new dealers, distributors, and retail counters.
9. Identify and develop high-end dealers and premium retail counters to enhance sales and brand presence.
10. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, follow up on overdues, and complete monthly balance
confirmations.
11. Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, including timely submission of PJP, DSR, and other MIS reports.
12. Ensure maximum brand visibility through effective merchandising, branding, sampling, and training of dealer
sales staff on product features and pricing
