Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HR operations and functions
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment,



from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and closing offers
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including all related HR documentation
• Create and maintain employee personnel files, and keep employee information up to date in the internal HR system
• Maintain accurate leave and attendance records
• Prepare monthly HR reports for management
• Administer HR policies and procedures, and ensure practices comply with statutory requirements and guidelines
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist the HR Manager with end-to-end payroll processing, including preparing and verifying monthly inputs
• Drive employee engagement by planning and running programs.

Skills & Competencies

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, for HR reporting, data management, and analysis.
