CashFlowCrew (cashflowcrew.in) runs live workshops that teach mutual funds to Indian retail investors. 600+ students have attended so far. It is run by Collabroot Marketing Pvt Ltd.

I'm a non-developer founder looking for a developer intern to own the technical side of the business: the website, the sales pages, tracking, and the WhatsApp groups for each workshop.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- Members-only access on cashflowcrew.in, so only paying members can open the research reports and tools
- Hosting and deployment for the website, kept straightforward and low-cost
- Updating workshop dates, prices and content on the back-end when needed
- Setting up and running our mutual fund research system (existing code that produces per-fund reports) so it updates and publishes reports for members
- Test versions of our sales page (different prices, headlines and layouts), each with its own Cashfree checkout and thank-you page
- A link-naming system so every sale can be traced to the exact page and ad it came from
- GA4 and Meta conversion events on every new page and thank-you page




- A permanent joining link on cashflowcrew.in that sends each buyer to the WhatsApp group for their workshop date

WHAT YOU'LL RUN FOR EVERY WORKSHOP
- Create the WhatsApp group for each upcoming workshop inside our WhatsApp Community. Groups are made 3 months ahead and named by date.
- Approve every join request against the Cashfree paid list. No one joins without a matching payment.
- Keep groups admin-only, pin the schedule, and create the WhatsApp Event with the Zoom link
- Send each buyer a Google Calendar invite with the Zoom link
- Send the "starting in 1 hour" and "we're live" messages on time
- Never add anyone to a group by phone number. People join only through the link.
- Reply to messages within 4 hours, between 9 am and 9 pm. Questions about which fund to buy or sell get our fixed reply. You never give investment advice.
- Close each workshop group 2 weeks after the workshop
- Match the Zoom atten
