Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads through multiple channels, preparing and delivering client presentations,



and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The specialist will respond to inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and support contract negotiations in coordination with senior leadership. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on business development activities, and contributing ideas to refine sales and outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new clients through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Pitch Lean Hippo's marketing services to potential clients and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and service decks tailored to client needs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) to ensure seamless clie
