About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of running paid advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, improving website visibility, and generating quality leads through data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

2. Google Ads
- Create and manage Google Search, Display, and other relevant ad campaigns.




- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, and ad copies.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Prepare performance reports and implement strategies to improve ROI.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and technical SEO issues.
- Work with Google Search Console and SEO tools to improve organic visibility.
- Support content optimization and backlink-building activities.

4. Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
