Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,



and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to design solutions that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, negotiating commercial terms, preparing forecasts and reports, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction.
