We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer with at least 8 years of corporate training experience. This role focuses on designing and delivering programs in communication, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for employees on communication, leadership, and general soft skills.
- Design and deliver engaging corporate training programs and workshops.
- Organize and coordinate training events, seminars, and employee development programs.
- Assess training needs and develop customized learning content.
- Deliver interactive sessions using presentations, activities, and role plays.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams on training calendars and initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant corporate training experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
- Expertise in communication and leadership training.
- Experience organizing corporate events or training programs.
- A confident, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Preferred Experience
Experience in the healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or FMCG sectors is an added advantage.
