Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8.5 hours, including any break) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the Sales & Marketing Department to strengthen the hospital’s referral network and build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for increasing patient referrals, promoting hospital specialties, and expanding the hospital’s presence across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Doctor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors, consultants, and neighborhood clinics. Field Visits & Outreach: Conduct daily visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote the hospital’s specialties, services, and medical facilities. Patient Referral Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination for referred patients from admission to discharge, providing a seamless patient experience and timely updates to referring doctors. Network Expansion: Identify new geographic areas, clinics, and healthcare centers to expand the hospital’s referral network. Business Development:



Develop strategies to increase patient footfall and generate referrals from existing and new healthcare partners. Performance Tracking: Monitor OPD footfall, patient referrals, and specialty-wise revenue generated through the referral network. Health Camps & Awareness Programs: Assist in organizing health camps, medical screening programs, and healthcare awareness activities in collaboration with local clinics and community organizations. Reporting: Maintain regular records of field visits, doctor interactions, referrals, and business development activities. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–8 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare marketing, medical representative roles, or business development. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Good understanding of doctor outreach, patient referral management, and hospital services. Ability to develop and maintain a strong professional network within the healthcare sector. Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Target-oriented approach with good reporting and territory management abilities. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
