We are looking for an experienced B2C/Consumer product manager to join our team. He/She will be the owner for various fundamentals backend systems, and its integration with multiple internal and external systems. The person will also own The entire Learning & assessment solution for the customers along with category expansion thus revenue - and will be responsible for improving efficiency, and driving business metrics.Manipal Global education is a pioneer and leader in the space of Assessment, learning & distance education.Experience/Skillset/Background- 4+ years of product management experience in B2C product companies;- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends- Experience of working with systems with complex business logic, and the ability to deliver data-driven solutions while dealing with large quantities of information and data- Create, democratize and monitor performance metrics regularly and work with a different team to consistently raise the bar- Should have a thorough understanding of data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Localytics, CleverTap or MixPanel- Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support.- Understanding of user experience (UX)



and business/commercial challenges- Work with QA and Business team to check all the corner cases possible for feature development; manage upgrades and progressive releases for existing products- Ability to interact with the engineering team, understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the product- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences- Software Development Experience with a good understanding of data, metrics and building models will be an added advantage- eCommerce Product Management Experience is compulsory- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is a plus.- MBA from Tier 1 college is preferredRight fit for the team :- Turn ambiguous problems into solutions accustomed to driving results in a cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight- Ability to lead in a highly dynamic environment and a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment- Hand-on experience, Hustler, and Go-Getter attitude- People Management: Ability to lead, manage; develop teams in a fast-paced workplace; should have managed a team of at least 2-3 product managers Skills: Product Management, Educational technology, Distance education and Online learning
