Take part in pre-project activities like formulating the project statement, project objectives and high level requirements of the project in coordination with the customer. Manage the analysis of the project requirements. With the development team/lead, put together project effort estimates, create project plan and communicate the same to the customer. Be able to identify skill sets required for the project and schedule resources accordingly. Take part in the interviewing process to staff resources for the project Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Leading teams technically in designing and development with following technical skills but not limited to C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL server, MVC architecture. Should have some knowledge about test planning, test scenarios, test cases - writing and execution - in short should be able to manage and lead the test related activities too.
