Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Officer to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations and financial reporting.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations
• Handle GST reconciliations, including GSTR-2B matching, GST return filing e-invoicing and e-way billsTDS, income tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking




• Review vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment processing
• Ensure accuracy in payroll-related accounting entries
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis
• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff/interns
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
• Handle tax notices, assessments and correspondence with statutory authorities
• Maintain proper supporting documents, accounting records and audit trails.
• Prepare schedules for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit
• Ensure secure maintenance and confidentiality of financial records and company data

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com/MBA Finance preferred)
• 7+ years of relevant
