This is a Google Ads-only role. We're hiring someone whose hands-on career is Google Ads; not a general performance marketer, and not a Meta Ads, SEO, or LinkedIn Ads profile.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns against defined client goals
• Analyze performance data and optimize continuously, including asset-level performance inside Performance Max
• Manage budgets, keyword bids, and targeting across accounts
• Build clear, honest performance reports for clients
• Stay current on Google Ads changes; AI Max for Search, AI Overviews ad placement,



and beyond
• Conduct keyword and audience research for sharper targeting

What You Bring
• Any bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management specifically; digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred
• Deep, day-to-day fluency in Google Ads; Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube/Display inside Google Ads; as your main platform, not one of several
• Strong command of GA4 and conversion tracking
• Comfort explaining performance to non-technical stakeholders
• Real understanding of how to work with Google's AI-driven bidding and targeting (Performance Max, AI Max), steering the signals it needs, not just turning it on and hoping

Bonus Points
Agency experience specifically is a solid plus; juggling several client accounts' budgets and goals at once is a different skill than running one in-house account.
