Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to generate current business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
In this role, you will engage with decision-makers across phone, email, and LinkedIn,
educate them on eShipz’s value proposition, and create qualified opportunities for the
Account Executive team.




You will work closely with sales leadership and contribute to strategic outbound initiatives
focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
• Generate qualified pipelines through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Run personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise businesses.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand over well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives with complete context.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and activity data within the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets aligned with enterprise outbound sales goals.
