What You'll Own
• Reach out to companies (manufacturing, logistics, D2C, healthcare, financial services, construction) and pitch BharatTender as their procurement platform
• Identify the right decision-makers within a company — CFOs, Founders/CEOs, COOs, Procurement Heads — and get in front of them
• Run outbound outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp,



and LinkedIn to build a buyer pipeline
• Explain BharatTender's core value clearly: "You keep your existing vendors — we give you the system." Structured bidding, verified suppliers, audit-ready procurement
• Convert interested companies into onboarded, active buyers on the platform
• Track your pipeline and report weekly progress against targets
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to hand off signed buyers smoothly
• Gather feedback from prospects and buyers to sharpen the pitch over time

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, telesales, or account management — career gaps are not a concern
• Comfortable with outbound calling, cold outreach, and persistent follow-up
• Confident communicator who can explain a product clearly to business owners and senior decision-makers
• Robust communication in Hindi and English
