Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, punctual, and disciplined Office Boy / Office Assistant to manage pantry services, maintain office cleanliness, and assist with day-to-day routine administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure a hospitable environment for staff, management, and visiting guests.

Key Responsibilities1. Pantry & Food/Beverage Service• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to executive management, office staff, and visiting clients/guests in a timely and qualified manner.
• Ensure pantry items, snacks, tea/coffee supplies, and utensils are properly stocked, clean, and organized.
• Wash, dry, and neatly store all cups, glasses, plates, and pantry utensils after use.
• Monitor pantry inventory and inform the HR/Admin team in advance regarding supply reorders.

2. Housekeeping & Cleanliness• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the entire office premises (reception, cabins, conference rooms, workstations,



and washrooms).
• Perform daily dusting of desks, chairs, computers, glass partitions, and office furniture before staff arrival.
• Ensure trash cans/dustbins are emptied regularly throughout the day.
• Ensure washrooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with hand wash, paper towels, and toilet supplies.

3. General Office Support & Operations• Assist in setting up meeting rooms/conference areas before client presentations or internal meetings (providing water, tea, pads, and pens).
• Manage internal document movement (filing, photocopying, scanning, and handing over files between departments).
• Assist in moving or arranging office furniture, equipment, and event supplies (e.g., festive hampers, marketing materials) as required.
• Receive and handle incoming courier packages, letters, and deliveries, directing them to the administrative team.
