Role Description
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide full-time, on-site services at the Bengaluru South facility, conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating clients, planning and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with audiologists,



occupational therapists, and other team members. The role involves counseling clients and families on communication strategies, coordinating care across services such as cochlear implant follow-up and hearing aid management when relevant, and participating in case discussions. The Speech Language Pathologist will maintain high professional standards, follow ethical and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to creating a supportive, inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications
• Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders.
• Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Strong documentation, case management, and client counseling skills.
